  Not very helpful. I wanted to test a Playstation VR headset, but the shop assistant didn't know when it would be possible, or if at all. Didn't make an effort to find out. Also, I found the tone a little patronizing and dismissing.

  Bought bluetooth headset. Work very nice till now.

  Although the staff cannot assist everyone during their what-should-I-buy process (the store is rather huge), they seem to be helpful when you ask for help. In my case I was reccomended to buy an external drive for a really good price, and even got a discount when I discovered that the price listed on the shelf is lower than the one on the Internet.
