  I had a chance to try JR at least four times in recent two, three months, first time was actually right after opening. Unfortunately I had to admit that I notice some kind of downward spirale on the quality and the taste. Today's burger actually was disappointing, bun was a bit dry, patty wasn't juicy, fries were awful. Also the quality of the service dropped. Owners, do something about it please or you'll loose a customer.

  I make it a point to eat here whenever I leave or arrive through Chopin. The food is really good: from the fries to onion rings to chicken tenders and buffalo wings and thr milkshakes and cheesecake. Have the BELT for breakfast--it is divine! The service is fast and the waitresses are darling!

  I seat in there for 5 minutes and no one come to serve me, even the restaurant is not many people. I tried to go and order the food in the cashier and they ask me to seat and wait. Some guys came late than me and the server go and serve them first. Are they discriminate the people from Asia, from Hong Kong? I can’t believe this kind of service would happen in the airport and finally I didn’t eat in there... Please don’t waste your time in there...

  Met my future wife here so i guess it was worth it (until the divorce). Burgers and wings were good, fast service.

  Burgers were tasty, however chicken wings come not cooked with blood inside when we asked to cook them a bit more chef refused claiming that blood is normal. Serving not cooked chicken is serious health hazard especially at the airport. I would not recommend place where chef and people working there would not take any responsibility.
