  Thank you so much to Mateusz for helping me to recover all my photographs from my icloud and show me how to transfer them to my iphone and external disc. Very polite and efficient service. Would recommend.

  I had two iPhones to fix. One to replace the battery with a new one, and the second one to replace the screen with a new one. I didn't make any reservation. First one, with battery issues, was ready in 1 hour. The one with broken screen has not been fixed but replaced with a new one. They told me it had been broken during the repair so they decided to exchange it to a new one. iOS luckily has not been updated on the first one so I can still enjoy the performance of older systems. As a free bonus both iPhones have been cleaned so they look much better than they used to look before.

  Absolutely incredible service. Friendly, experienced staff, super fast diagnosis and reasonable prices for Apple products repairing. I had been trying to get a 13" Retina Display MacBook Pro fixed for almost 2 years and after going to several stores (in 3 different countries!), iMad was by far the best service provider I encountered (much better than "official" Apple Stores, actually), and the laptop is now functional again. Thank you for such an amazing work! 6 stars out of 5!

  I happened to have been in a state of panic when my laptop wouldn't work and I needed help but it just so happens that it was a bank holiday in Poland but I chanced the phone call anyways. Greg I believe his name was, answered. Even though the place was closed, he offered to help me figure out what the problem was and it was fixed within 15 minutes of arriving, the problem was solved. Because of his kindness on this day, I was able to have a working laptop again. He went above and beyond since technically the shop was closed and it was his day off. The service is polite, efficient and I'd highly recommend going to iMad for help with your apple products.
