  I recommend this place. I (a man in his 30s) have always left with a nice haircut (thanks, Adam), even if I do not know what to do with my hair myself. They have a nice website with a good online reservation option (it would be perfect if they had english version, but even the polish one is quite easy to understand for a foreigner). Most of them speak good english as well and they have been very nice in contacting when there is need for rescheduling. Check it out

  Extremely disappointing. I got there with dozens of pictures of bright, brown-reddish-ginger balayage. A few times I emphasized that I wanted it reddish, not blond or whitish or anything like that. After three hours of sitting in a super uncomfortable chair (if you're short, your legs will be hanging the whole time) I realized that NOTHING has changed with my hair except a few white highlights. No trace of red or ginger. The haircut is also bad (short and blunt on the right side, not finished on the left) and the blow-dry I would do much better by myself at home. I didn't pay for it and they offered fixing it next week but I'm not sure whether I wanna go back there.

  After looking forward to a haircut appointment at a well-recognized salon, I left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed. The hairdresser, Ewelina, not only insulted my hair, but then handed me off to another worker who while brushing my hair said "how would we get through such rat's nests without detangler? ". The only pleasant moment is when they left me alone under the heat lamp with cookies and a coffee. Then I was moved to the hairstylist's chair where I waited for 10 minutes for her to finish her conversation on her cell phone. She didn't ask what I wanted or what my problems were with my current style and just went on cutting without any qualms. In the end, I ended up with two "layers"- a top one and a bottom one. After once again handing me off to a 3rd person who did not blow dry my hair well and seemed to not know what she was doing, I was left with a styling job that I could easily outperform at home. My hair was not soft as it customarily is after a visit at the salon, but rather rough and flat. I never felt like I had the attention of the hairstylist, maybe because I am not a celebrity or whatever, I don't know. In the end, I paid for a cut that I hated and a olaplex treatment that I was shamed into and didn't feel the positive effects of. And I soooooo wanted to love this place. It might have been just the one hairdresser, or maybe the total of 3 that dealt with me, but I did not feel comfortable, understood or satisfied with the expensive outcome. Please invest in proper customer service and pay attention to communication. That should be the core of your business. Until then NOT RECOMMENDED. Complete waste of time and money.
