  Wszystko było by w porządku gdyby w biurze znano więcej informacji o Egipcie (wiza, dodatkowe opłaty i czy odbywają się najbardziej popularne wycieczki fakultatywne). Na dzien dzisiejszy nie wiem o dodatkowych oplatach ani o wycieczkach fakultatywnych.

  The worst travel agency in the nation. People who work here they only know how to introduce themself nicely and after that they are rude, not educated, they are jumping into the conversation while you are still talking. They don't listen and for sure they are not trying to be there for a client to make the experience nicer or better. They just don't care!!!! I live in California and every year I'm trying to see my family and take them for a mini vacation. I will never use TUI in the future. This office represents only arrogance and I dont want to be part of this. I will continue telling everyone how bad experience this was for my family. If you want to spend a great time with your family, do not choose this travel agency. They don't care about polish people. They only run everything around Germans, British and French people. Very sad because you would think that after spending so much money, you will be treated with respect! Don't do this mistake and trust them that they will take care of you and they will make your vacation special. They are not going to do that....
