::Horrible customer service at this particular Storm, just horrible. One same lady (whose name is Agnieszka, If I'm not mistaken) is always angry, always grumpy, always does you a favor by showing you this or that... Complained to her boss when treated that disrespectfully again on the 2nd visit (spending huge amounts there every time) - no "sorry" followed, although the boss-lady tried to smooth it out. Very inconvenient store: all paints are behind the counter - you've got to ask to see one or another, and it's not easy with such attitude towards a client. Didn't ask me for a Storm card, so paid extra 8%, distracted by ill treatment.
