  I rented a car on early May of 2017. As I was in Krakow, I was not familiar with the parking rules and found a warning on the car from Straz Miejska. After I spoke with my Polish friends we contacted Straz Miejska and after sending them a letter of apology they informed me that there is no charge. Today (27/10/2017) I received the following e-mail from Sixt: ''Dear, I kindly inform you that the traffic violation was committed during your rental. The Road Transport Inspection Service has enquired us for details of your rental agreement. We have passed the information and we have charged you 246 PLN for that service. The fee is in accordance with section 11.3 of Standard Rental Terms and Conditions. Please find it in the attachment. Please note that this fee is not a traffic violation fine.'' This is absolutely unacceptable. I will never rent with Sixt Poland again. Very disappointing.

  Polecam wszystkim tą firmę, korzystałem w zeszłym roku, bardzo dobra jakość usługi w porównaniu do cwaniaków z małych firm jak topcars24 pl co mają popsute samochody, brak dobrego podejścia do klienta. Odradzam także happyrent, co wynajelii nam samochód bez ważnego przeglądu. W sixth zawsze wszystko gra jak trzeba. Odradzam: Topcars24 pl i Happyrent

  Only one person working on a Saturday morning. Five groups waiting. We waited for about 45 minutes. The group ahead of us waited for one hour. None of the other rental agencies had this kind of line.
