  Hey , guys I am foreigner here in Gdynia . I trained Ashtanga in past 2 years . Due to can not speak Polish hard to find one place to continue yoga . I highly recommend here , there are 3 groups here , basic , level 2 and level 3 . I jointed all to try , I found the basic group can teach you and correct you posture to make you do all right from the beginning . I confirmed by coach should be join 2&3 level , my teacher Gosia & Monica are nice lady and speak English well . Personal feel have some improvement than I do Mysore at home . Good luck and hopeful it can give you some references:)
