::At the counter i told i need a car from 10am untill the next day to 2pm and what would be the price. They told me that they have only one car(!?) and i asked about the price, since it was estate wagen, much larger than i needed, and he ensured me that the charge is for only one day, despite more than 24h rental in amount of approximately 170€. Now i got invoice and charge on credit card for two days and amount of 315€, since rental was one day +3,5hours. Also i needed to call couple of times for invoice as they didn't send it on email address. Beside that, car was perfect and new. Service definetly much worse than previous experiences with Alamo or Europcar. Defenetly my first and last rental with Hertz.

::The worst service experience in my life. I had booked a car and arrived for pickup. However the refused to hand the car to me, because I had my international driver license without the national one. I had rented many times cars at WAW before with my international drivers license without the national one. Any other rental accepts this way, only they refuse. Then I asked the very unfriendly desk manager to delete the reservation, however he refused to and told I can only do it my self online. He had no interest in providing any kind of service or help. Worst service experience ever!!! Go to another car rental!

::Please avoid this company! I booked a car online. When I was picking up the car everything looked ok, but after driving off the airport after 5-10 min some part from underneath of car got separated and left on the road. I did not hear anything - this happened just betofre traffic lights, the driver behind me got out of car and told me about it. I got back to the airport to return it. Had to fill some papers that I did not cause this damage and wait for next car. Next car after more thorough search also looked fine, buty trip was already delayed around 2 hours. When I returned car I got email that some small part in the boot is broken - I never touched anything in the boot of a car (it was not visible when I was checking the car). This damage cost me around 300 euro. Tried to contact to customer service few times, but was ignored... So to summarize: - Delayed trip - Received 2 damaged cars and had to pay for damage that I did not cause. - Customer support not working I do not recommed Hertz!!!

::Same terrible experience as D Olesinski. And when you ask for an employee to check the car with you, they just tell no one is available "because it is weekend". Looks like some sort of organised crime with a Hertz brand on it. The older employee who handed me the keys also very rude. Best to avoid them.
