  Very unprofessional. Staff chats with clients about unrelated things for minutes on end ignoring the fact that people are waiting in the queue.

  Unacceptable and EXTREMELY poor service. I stood in the line for like 20-25 minutes (yes!), together with elderly and sick people. When someone asked the pharmacist to finish a few-minute chitchat, she answered in an amazingly rude way that we were not in a grocery store! Avoid at all costs - if they are that rude, don't let them at least make money.
