  You can't just pick the tower. The cheapest ticket is 12 zł for a tower plus one "hall". That's how they try to push unpopular options with the tower. The woman at the counter was rude. The view from the tower is not great: only 1,5 sides out of 4 do not have construction in sight. Moreover, the hall that I paid for was under construction, half of it in dire condition. All in all, could be a lot better. Shame on Wrocław University for treatment and rip-offs. Better go to Wieża Kościoła Garnizonowego, it's 5 zł and it's higher.
