::Have to agree, staff are rude and unhelpful...not the way a TIC should be! Perhaps a little training would be of help. Warsaw as a city otherwise is bustling and friendly!

::Staff unhelpful and disinterested. Didn't help in anyway and we were left to our own devices. Wouldn't recommend spending more than two days in warsaw. Poor and disappointing experience.
