  Our hotel booked a trip to Auschwitz with this company. The group was so large that we felt rushed and often times couldn’t hear our guide. Looking at other posts it appears that there are much better quality options available. We have taken more than ten trips to Europe and this was easily the worst guided day trip we’ve been on.

  We booked the trip literally 7 hours before departing. There was a small issue because I guess we booked it very late but it was solved in the morning. The bus came right outside our house and we headed to auschwitz and then birkenau. Very satisfied with the preparation and how well it was organized. Wish we had some more time to explore auschwitz by ourselves but a great experience nonetheless.

  Only giving this company A Star because I have to. Had a fun near death ride to Auschwitz with our minivan driver. On the return journey two and half hours long. He would not pull in and let us of the bus, everyone on the bus wanted to get off. Eventually after getting cross and threatening to get out at the next set of red lights and telling him he was kidnapping us he pulled in and let us out. Let me say. No one was happy. Never would I use this company again.

  Trip to Wieliczka, 21-sept 2017. Bought tickets one day before. Was asked to leave my phone number. Despite the bus to pick us up being late 20 min (waiting in cold and rain) no one bothered to call me and inform about inconvenience. When I called to ask what's going on, there was no apology. Not recommended!

  We went to the salt mine with seekrakow and really enjoyed this place. It's awesome and definitely worth visiting. Everything perfectly on time and professional.
