  “RACIST” and “HORRIBLE” service I went to exchange some cash and the man giving me service, did not communicate English so it made it difficult to get my message through that I wanted to exchange 200 euros to PLN. I tried my best with all the body language I knew but out of my surprise, the man started rudely SHOUTING in my face in Polish and slamming things on his desk. Thankfully another customer stepped in to help communicate and the man finally got the message through. Despite getting the message, he continued to show his hot temper by showing his bad attitude, throwing his book, slamming his mouse etc. In the end I got what I came for but I left both angry and upset. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone. If you wish to get good service, step far away from this place as I myself will never step foot in here again.

  żenujące podejście do obsługi klienta i wprowadzanie w błąd. na stronie internetowej w godzinach otwarcia widnieje 8:30 - natomiast mimo otwartych drzwi panie wypraszają klientów tłumacząc, że jednak od 9:00 i z uporem maniaka twierdzą, że jest tak na stronie! NIE POLECAM!
