  I had an awful experience using PolskiBus serves. The driver could speak only Polish( although he was driving people to Germany). When I asked for help he was very rude and as I got off the bus he immediately went away, of course with my suitcase. Then I had a looong conversation with PolskiBus assistants and nobody couldn't help me. At the and they finally found my luggage and I had to go to Poland from Ukraine to pick up my luggage for my own expense, because this company doesn't deliver luggages to theirs owners 🤷‍♀️But the final disappointment was that somebody stole some stuff from my suitcase and no one is responsible for this! So if you will decide to use this bus service be ready for a big adventure!

  While my travel Warsaw airport to Lodz, my booking could not be preponted at office (arrived early),the manager refused to reserve a seat , even though there was seat availability. Had to wait for again 3-4 hours .it would be helpful if it is more flexible. Other than .....there service and runnings are better than others.

  Nice place to sit while it's cold outside. Also there is washroom facilities and the shop opens at 6:30 AM. The transportation office opens at 7AM.
