  Just came from wasting 45 minutes at this bank. They are completely incompetent. I wanted to open 3 accounts, I left there opening zero accounts! I asked specific and direct questions about the terms and conditions of the accounts and questioned different things in the brochure; I was given information that was false. I wasted 45 minutes giving them all my personal information, had cash ready to deposit, and then when they claimed they had some issue in the system with PESEL, some other 'manager' comes over and then tells me that everything I was told by the two employees opening the account was wrong, the terms and conditions were misrepresented and what was going to be a free monthly account, was not going to be a completely different type of account with a monthly fee. I thanked them for wasting my time now that it's after 1700 and all the other banks are closed! What a waste of breath! Nie Polecam!!!
