::Staff refused to accept cat urine/blood sample for testing stating "they are not sure what will happen to it overnight until the laboratory can process it the next day". "24 service" in which I can't even deposit sample I was asked to bring in for testing. Not first, but surely last time I had pleasure to use your services. Not recommended, best regards.
