::I took my old phone to repair. It had a problem in the jack and it wasn't charging. 80 zl was a bit expensive but it was urgent, so I agreed and paid. When I came back to pick it up the seller told me that I didn't pay. His argument was that I didn't have an invoice... which was kind of true. He gave me a paper which was valid to pick up my phone. My Polish is still bad, and I thought that the part saying "Obsluga platna" meant that I HAD paid those 80 zl. I'm Mexican. When requesting such services, in Mexico you ALWAYS have to pay at least 50% of the amount in advance. I always pay 100%. I used to do in MX and I keep doing it in PL. It was basically his word against mine: "I always pay 100% before the service" vs "We charge people only after the service was provided". So, in order to avoid problems and have my phone back I had to pay AGAIN. 160 zl... maybe the phone (4 years old) is worth less than that by now. I feel really scammed. I think they are only taking advantage of me because I'm a foreigner. At least they repaired it and is working...
