  Old room, poor air conditioning, real real weak water.....this is worse than 2 stars.....good location but not worthy...

  This hotel is pretty good,and I also served a very good lunch there. The bed was ok. Breakfast was excellent, I was only sorry that I couldn't try everything,it has so many various kinds of food. Their staff was good enough ,not too enthusiastic though,but ok. If I will go back in Czestochowa I will probably come here again.

  Comme tous les hôtels Mercure, une valeur sûre. Jamais de déception. Must, hôtel à 15mn à pieds du sanctuaire.

  Problemy z wystawieniem od ręki właściwej FV osładzają darmowym parkingiem. Zdecydowanie za drogie śniadania.

  Albergo pulito e accogliente, ma il wifi va solo nelle parti comuni, assurdo per un hotel nel 2018.. le camere sono piuttosto piccole.. il motivo delle 3 stelle è sicuramente lo stato del bagno: una sola salvietta, minuscola, anche per la doccia.. water in posizione scomoda, nemmeno si riesce a stare seduti giusti.. e la doccia.. minuscola.. diciamo che per la prossima volta cercherò un altro hotel..
