  Room smelled of drainage every day, ran out of hot water quickly, had to ask for an electric heater because the room was too cold at night. Builders were drilling next door before 8 am on first and last day of our stay, waking us up. Bed is thin and you can feel the springs. Location​ is great though. Overall it's basic and did the job, but I wouldn't stay here again.
