  When you buy a property in Poland your notary is responsible for the content of the deed, not just the signatures. He or she must make sure that you (and the other party) understand the contract. Ms Barbara Kapała-Łosak does it wonderfully. She explained everything clearly. - what each provision means and what consequences it may have. She also recommended a sworn translator. The signing took about two hours but that is understandable, taking into account the bureaucracy you have to face in Poland now if you want to buy agricultural land, you aren't a farmer and are a foreigner.

  Podpisywałem umowę odnośnie zakupu ogródka działkowego oraz mieszkania. W obu przypadkach profesjonalnie i rzeczowo załatwiony temat. Wszystkie dokumenty przedstawiane przez obie strony transakcji dokładnie przeanalizowane, wszystkie nieścisłości w przekazywanych dokumentach wychwycone i wyjaśnione. Duża dbałość o szczegóły. Wszelkie wątpliwości wyjaśniane jasno, dokładnie i szczegółowo. Bardzo pozytywne wrażenia. PS. No i dobre dobre cukierki w recepcji - galaretki w czekoladzie - a nie jakieś tam kukułki czy michałki.
