  Frauds And liers !!! Violators of the law for defect of competition !!! Lying to customers ! On the website there is an option free training after registration , I registered and got a code and confirmation for a free training . I called and they told me come . I went and there was one condescending , not polite , self conscious girl that told me how big and powerful the company is an how they don’t need advertisement and customers !!! This is no way to treat your buissines and I will never go there again , please , don’t go too to be lied !

  My regular Jatomi is in Atrium Promenada. In comparison, this Jatomi is ... unpleasant, gross. I was there one time around 21:30 on a Thursday. The men’s locker is located in a dank basement, it was dirty, the auto lock on the locker doors were broken (takes about 30 seconds of waving my bracelet to lock), and in general, the club is very claustrophobic, including the upstairs workout area which is very narrow and cramp. No stair machine either. The only reason I give it two stars is due to location and 24 hour opening. I’m very surprised that this a Jatomi gym - I’ve been to the ones in Kraków and Złote Tarasy, and none of them were this bad. If another gym owner buys it, I hope they seriously renovate it. :-(

  I used this gym for 2weeks whilst visiting Warsaw from the UK. Perfect for me, easy to join, 24hrs access (I train at 5am) and all of the functional fitness gear I like to use for Spartan training. Friendly staff too, thanks!

  Used to be really good, now it seems they just don't care about quality anymore. Once my contract is up I'm gonna look elsewhere, unless things improve significantly.
