  Excellent Hotel, the breakfast has to be seen. Well presented and something for everyone. Staff very friendly and helpful.

  Nice place for a conference and professional meeting. Acoustic isolation is poor and you run a risk of listening to somebody's TV until 1 am like me. Staff is polite and friendly. Food options for vegetarians are moderate. Great location of you like walking along the river.

  Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Special mention to Waldemar who was incredibly kind. The only “but” is it is close to the tram railway, so at night the noise can br a bit annoying.

  Itz a great hotel in Krakow! The view from my room was spectacular! The staff is very good and always happy to help out! Definitely recommended for Krakow.

  Hotel was excellent spa pool sauna if you wanted to use them for free. Spotlessly clean. ..Nice staff plus superb breakfast to start your day off. About 25 to 30 minutes walk to main square
