::The first impressions of hotel is that its a beautiful building set in a lovely , fairly quiet street. We had arranged a wedding appointment here on the 10th of March , however there was a bit of a mix up and the wedding co-coordinator was not there that day which was fine as the receptionist said we could speak to general manager . He was friendly and showed us the hotel. However , due to the mix up , it's a shame that the wedding co-coordinator never sent us an email asking if we required any further assistance , as we thought we would have got one about a week after the viewing. The hotel itself is beautiful , but some of the staff weren't that friendly , in particular one of the waitresses who served our drinks , she was very abrupt and told us to 'move' to the lounge area when we sat down in the court-yard to get drinks , but we only sat there in the first place as the receptionist directed us to that area. We told the GM of this and he apologised and said he will pass on our comments. The waitress was unfriendly and as the hotel is 5 star , I wouldn't say the customer service was very good. The rooms in the hotel look amazing and spa looks great. But I don't think the service is as good. We may visit next year for a meal , but I think it's sister hotel ' stary' is a lot better.

::Super fijn hotel. Gastvrij personeel die je helemaal verwennen. Centraal gelegen op loopafstand van alle toeristische plekken en wijken. Ook nog een heel goed restaurant. Kortom top! Oh ja. Beste ontbijt dat ik heb gekregen in een hotel....

::Kamienica zwana "Pod Motylem" znajduje się przy ulicy Kanoniczej pod numerem 16. Pochodzi z 1 połowy XV wieku. Jej fundatorem był kanonik Paweł Włodkowic. W wyniku pożaru w 1455 r. kamienica otrzymała nową, gotycką elewację. Portal wejściowy do domu ufundował w XVI w. historyk i biskup warmiński Marcin Kromer. Obecnie w budynku mieści się hotel "Copernicus".
