::The woman who cut my hair was obviously inexperienced, she didn't know how to cut layers and it took one hour and 45 minutes for a trim. In the end I never got layers, just a very bad cut. Wouldn't have complained if the rate was reasonable but it was 150 for a trim. I would expect a more professional cut for that price. Disappointed.
