  This square is nicely located in the city ​​center of Katowice. Andrzeja Square is located at the intersection of: Mikołaja Kopernika, Maria Skłodowska-Curie and Andrzej. The square has recreational functions in the heart of the city. The fountain is the landmark of the square. It was renovated in 2000 and named by the inhabitants of the city of Jędruś. It's just a few minutes away of central train station and some minibuses that run to surrounding cities such as Rybnik as well as to the airport.
