::15 min after drop off I have realized that I have left 3 brand new books in the car. Immediately called the office in Krakow Downtown (dropped off car there) Lady on the phone said they will check and let me know. In the morning received call that they did not find any books!!!!! very very disappointing especially that books had sentimental value (got them in Auschwitz) I'll never use Europcar Krk again!

::Muy maleducada la recepcionista. Le doy los buenos días y sin dejarme explicarme me dice que abren a las 9. A falta de 2 minutos de abrir se marcha sin decir nada y ahora estoy esperando en la puerta. A que le de la gana de volver cuando la reserva la tengo a las 9 de la mañana. Que sin vergüenza.

::I declined additional car insurance from Eurocar in krakow, they asked for credit card details in case I had a accident or did not return the car full of petrol. One week after I got home Eurocar charged my credit card £150 without my knowledge or my permission, they ripped me off ! Do not use Eurocar as they will con you on rental services that you do not want, staff are on commission and scam your credit card.I have experienced this first hand, and when you complain to head office you get fobbed off with lies and excuses.! keep away from EUROCAR you have been warned.
