  Fajne miejsce do pooglądania i kupienia książek i nie tylko. Szeroki wybór gadżetów dla dzieci.

  Dobrze zaopatrzony Empik, bardzo czytelne rozmieszczenie książek. Brakuje lepszego stoiska muzycznego.

  THEY WILL NEVER GIVE YOU A REFUND I bought a game as a gift for my brother's birthday and it turned out so did his gf. Therefore, I had to take my game back. Could I get a refund? Of course not. I had opened the game to ensure everything was correct inside - because I've had had this situation before where there was no game inside - and I was only going to see my brother briefly and I was refused a refund. When pushed the non-English speaking supervisor had to claim a scratch which wasn't there. That was the moment I discovered she was a woman of no integrity who would tell ANY LIE to get me to leave the shop. I have worked in retail and know how easy and expected it is to satisfy the customers needs and resell a perfectly pristine product, but she would rather not bother. I asked her if she was willing to lose me as a customer and she said yes. I asked if I could speak to the manager and was told to look at their website. I certainly won't bother any more shopping in Empik. They have NO RESPECT for you the customer and unless you are 100% that your purchase will be perfect, do not even consider shopping there. I feel like I was ROBBED!
