  This is exactly how you get the pizza each time you will order from this place... Unfortunately me and my girlfriend were regular clients for this place and ordering from them at least once per week but starting from today it will never happen again because the customer service is a JOKE!!! First time the pizza came burned I was surprised because usually it doesn't come in this state so I called them, they said that it might be a mistake and after 1 hour of waiting they sent another one that is smaller size. I was like maybe it's really a mistake and I just forgot about it today this happened again the pizza came as you see in the picture, normally this is a pizza with ham onions and cream, all the onions came burned as u see them in the pictures and when I called them they said that they will fix the problem within 10 minutes but looks like the person on the phone didn't understand or just forgot about it, 30 minutes later I called them and they started to ask the same questions again and I explained that I ordered 2 pizzas and 1 of them came like this with burned onions which is already half of the ingredients on top of it since it has only onions and ham, after few minutes of talking they forwarded the call to the manager on duty, and somehow the manager was completely rude, after explaining to him the situation for the 3rd time, instead of at least apologizing he kept arguing stating that this is the first time he hears something like this we told him already that this is the 2nd time that this situation happens with us that we order 2 pizzas and 1 of them comes burned he just kept denying it and it was totally pointless to keep arguing with a manager that has such behavior so this is all what I could do just forget about the 35zl that I paid and order something else instead to eat and post this here... Hope this will teach them how to respect clients and improve their customer service at least if they don't want to refund or change it they should get a normal manager that is brave enough to apologize for the mistake instead of blindly defending the place...

  I was incredibly resistant to go here because every time I'd pass by, it smelled so greasy and reminded me of North American pizzerias that were just too much. I finally caved and ordered a pizza (only after being tricked into unknowingly having a bite a few days prior). Their pizzas are delicious and far better than the North American counterparts that I feared. They include two free sauces that are huge! and a small little packet of mint gum which was just adorable. All in all, very satisfied with the product, the cost, and the service. Gorąco polecam!

  Great pizza and really generous sizes! Free dips are awesome too
