  10 zł per suitcase when you can have all suitcases for this similar price anywhere in Europe. Too expensive. Staff not nice.

  Rude and bored staff and clearly focused on earning as much as possible on their customers. We thought we would pay 10 zloty per suitcase and ended up paying 30 zloty more. The inside of the office looks a bit dirty and amateuristic, also watch your step when you enter (bricks are broken on stairs)...

  We thought the personnel was helpful and price was good but then we got blamed for something that was broken and after a quick call the girl suddenly charged us an extra amount for repairs. When asked to explain these costs she just shrugged and said 'my boss'. Bad service and a bad way to leave Kraków in what was a lovely visit.

  We had to leave our apartment very early in the morning but our flight was at 19.30 and we had lots of places we wanted to visit. Luckily, at barely 300m from our place, we literally stumbled into this luggage storage service, and left our luggage there at a cheap price (10 sloty per bag). At the end of our day tour, we got back there to recover our stuff and asked for a transfer to the airport, which they provided instantly at a silly 70 sloty price. Great services at bargain prices.

  Our flight was only at 6pm so we had a few hours extra to finish some visits and we didn't want to carry the luggage around. On our Internet searches we found this small place which had the luggage storage service and we were very happy with it. Unfortunately or surprisingly, this service is not easily available in Cracow and this was the only spot we could find. The price is also great (10 zt a day per piece).
