  Extremely slow on Saturday. Only one person at the counter and preparing coffees. Waited 5min, girl preparing coffees. Nobody at the counter. Left

  Ordered a latta yesterday then found it was cold so went back and told the guy. he made another one and it was luke warm so I said 'why can't you make a hot latta', he said,'that is the way we do it', so I told him to give me my money back. Never go again....pity its my local branch!
