::Extemely unprofessional and disrepectful for interviewees. Interview process takes too long. I have friends who I would say are completely "stupid" when it comes to finance and they are recruited by Citi. On the contrary, my friend who does well in finance (and also at the same time got offer in J.P. Morgan) got rejected by this Citi branch in Warsaw. I guess this pretty much shows a lot about this company: hiring unprofessional and disqualified people rather than those who have real potential.
