  Dear Gregor Tondera, Thank you for using our company. We are very disappointed with your review, because it is not about us, it is about your unfortunate experience at the bus station MDA, which is down to yourself, not our company. You collected the car from Krakow train station PKP and you should bring it back there. If you would use Google maps, it would bring you to the right place. You drove into a bus station which is prohibited and you left the car there. You were very aggressive and thanks to our staff, the security did not ring the police. We had to pay the fine before we could move our car from the bus station. We don't make those rules, the bus station MDA is a separate company to ours, therfore you should leave the bad review for them. You are advertising a different rental company on our page (we reported it to Google) and you are using a photo which does not belong to you. This photo is not showing our company, it was sent to you as proof that you can't enter the bus station. Kind regards, Centrum rent a car

  Excellent location in Krakow train station, the only car rental company actually located in the train station. Very friendly & professional service with great prices and a great selection of cars. I highly recommend Centrum Rent a Car during your visit to Krakow.
