::TL;DR: Don't buy anything here unless you don't care that your product will be broken in a month or you've got plenty of time to fight for your product to be repaired (But it won't be repaired in the end) Horrible company policy regarding complaints. I've bought shoes which I've returned to the shop after a month because one of the elements started to peel off. I've been informed that shoes will be most likely repaired and that I will get an e-mail when they're ready. Cool, no big deal, right? I've waited for a month for the shop to contact me before I've e-mailed the shop myself. I've been informed that they've sent me an e-mail. Apparently the message got somehow lost in the dark alleys of the Internet because I didn't get it. Anyway, after I've received my shoes back the same element that was "fixed" peeled of again the NEXT DAY. Shoes literally didn't survive 24 hours. I've come to the store again and asked for a full refund or new pair right away and my request had been declined. I've been informed that they will contact me again after 2 weeks. Incredible. At the time I write this opinion the store have had my shoes for longer time period than me since I made the purchase. Definitely can't recommend. Edit: Company decided that my complaint wasn't valid and that I've destroyed the shoes myself!!! If I could give less than one star here, I would.
