::I am a tourist from South Korea. I just want to share my experience in order for other tourists. When I entered the shop, the owner(girl) was smiling and looked like she was greeting me. I asked her to recommend me cosmetic product for acne and she explained in English, not perfect but easy to understand. I bought 88 plz about 20 Euros including gifts for my parents. After I realized(about an hour after I bought these products) that I could not bring more than one litre of liquid to plane, I asked her to refund some products(maybe half of them: I never use and do not even open them. Of course, I showed her the receipt). Suddenly, she pretended not to speak English :) Lol she pretended !!! Do not understand 'refund' words. I am not sure whether it is official store of Ziaja or not, but this is not the way to treat customers. Thanks for teaching me a lesson.

::토요일 오전, 영업시간이라고 문에 종이 붙여놓고는 문 안 연 경우가 종종 있습니다. 이럴 때는 트램을 타고 Kaufland(Bratysławska 4)로 가세요. 주말에도 영업하는 곳입니다. 두 군데 다 어차피 영어 안되는 건 마찬가지고요. 종류도 비슷하게 있습니다.
