  Yesterday evening I bought a pair of Vans shoes at the shop in Zloty Tarasy. Yesterday I got help from a girl she was really quick with helping me and I was a bit in a rush so when I knew 1 shoe fitted I told her its OK and didn't even unpack the second shoe. Today I unpacked the shoes and looked at one of the 2 and saw that one of the Rings inside was damaged. I went back to the store and the guy inside helped me immediately but told me that it was damaged and I've must have hit something with the shoe and he could impossible get it returned. He was not willing to help instead he was blaming me for damaging the shoe by hitting something. Well I might hit the carton box it was bought in but he was unable or willing to help. He only had one size of every shoe type in the store so they couldn't replace it with another when I said well I take the other color than he was even less interested. So service to sell is good and I must say I got helped by them quickly and well but customer service or return is unbelievably bad. MY TIP for you if you decide to shop here is CHECK YOUR STUFF. Even ripping off the label you must do carefully because the carton could maybe damage the piece.
