::Incredibly rude, overly perfumed staff. Their selection of books is meager at best - highly recommend going to Mito and enjoying a nice coffee with the same books. Its located in a pretty cool concept mall, have no idea what this awful place is doing there. Not to mention, this place is very over priced. They sell Hay products crazy marked up. For the price they sell them, go take a trip to Denmark and get them straight from the source. Awful store.
