  Just returned back from krakow and used prime tours for our trip to zakopane. I would highly recommend them if your looking to organise any trips during your stay there. Our driver/guide for the trip Martin was excellent.he was punctual very helpfull and had a great sense of humour. Communication from prime tours was great from booking right up to our courtesy call the night before to confirm times again and even tell us our drivers name

  Bardzo profesjonalna firma. Wspanialy service i przyjemni pracownicy! Ich empfehle die Firma wirklich gerne weiter! Es war nicht so einfach uns zu koordinieren, da wir eine größere Gruppe waren mit teils unterschiedlichen Wünschen. Aber sowohl die City Tour als auch der Fahrservice, es hat alles wirklich super funktioniert!
