  A nice hotel with a good view of the city. I prefer shower stalls but, had a shower tub. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and spoke english.

  The lobby decoration looks new and modern. There are book and game corners in the lobby area. Unfortunately it seems to be that XBOX game console not worked. About room, it's a bit older than lobby appearance but still okay in term facilities.

  Lovely experience - from hotel personnel, room cleanliness to a wonderful breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

  Just got back from a 3 night stay. Hotel reception very very nice, lovely friendly staff and bedrooms nicely set out and very clean, rooms very hot even with heating turned off . Only downside was breakfast not much selection on the cooked side and although plenty to chose from if you want continental breakfast just makes it a rather expensive breakfast I'f not. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again. Thankyou

  This hotel is good for a city break as a couple. Out of the centre but there is a complimentary return shuttle service twice daily into town and back. Novo restaurant is great - very tasty. Were very helpful booking tours. Rooms are basic but fine for a short break. Showers are good.
