::Good hotel. My room was hot as the AC did not work. Breakfast was mediocre. Excellent location. Room was nice.

::For a family vacation, we booked 3 std. rooms for 6 nights, prepaid all in advanced. When we arrived after midnight, we learned that only 2 rooms were reserved for us. We showed the reservation and the shift manager added a deluxe room. we didn't ask for an upgrade nor were told its just for 1 night. The next day, after a long day in the city we returned to the hotel just to learn that our cards are all disabled. the new shift manager decided that we need to evacuate the deluxe room and move to a standard room. why? No reason. just because he decided. the Hotel was not full and the deluxe room was not reserved because he offered us to pay extra to keep it. This was a humiliating and very disturbing experience for us. we done nothing wrong, we paid all in advanced and expected a fun experience. Instead we found ourselves forced to move between rooms just because the hotel thinks he can treats his guests like they have no rights or respect. I've asked to cancel the remain of my stay and was declined. I've asked to talk to the hotel manager but apparently he didn't find the time during the next 5 days of our stay to spare 10 minutes for us. All we got was an apology from the front desk assistant and an offer for a coupon for 200 Zloty ($50) as a compensation for the humiliating experience. We rejected this offer. This was not the end of our problems there and they double charged us, although we had a proof all was prepaid. eventually we were refunded but that required more handling and chasing with this hotel. Not quite the dream vacation we planned. We will never step near this Hotel nor any Accor hotel that simply ignored our claims and applications and treated us like they own us!

::I stayed in this stunning hotel. Great staff, amazing service! In addition we received a mobile phone room for use throughout the city. Breakfast is very luxurious and the hotel is close to everything, right in front of the Zloty Mall. I forgot the charge of my cell phone in the room and wrote them an email. They sent him to me in by mailbox. Really great :) Highly Recommend.

::Hotel is in good location from subway and shopping malls or so. Futhermore, service is also nice. (Free water/juice daily provided, Nespresso available...) Breakfast is... So so.

::Very good. Nice rooms. Quiet. Excellent breakfast with wide variety. There was real fresh pressed fruit and vegetable juice in the first morning. There is a complimentary mobile phone in the room that you can use for calls or trip advices. Nice personnel. We were completely satisfied.
