  Perfectly good 3-star hotel. Wake up call was mythical as no phone in room. No lift; and room was probably due a refresh. However, very friendly, English speaking staff. No laundry service, but they'll bring you an iron and board. I asked for extra pillows, water and fruit before I arrived - all received at no extra charge. Quick to the city centre (by taxi - use 'Ryba'), free parking on site and all at a reasonable price. More than good enough.

  Nice hotel, free parking, good breakfast, just the rooms are quite small.

  wonderful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. short walk to tram station and cable car, not far from river boats and zoo, food very good and lovely setting we was there for son+daughter-laws wedding really fantastic visit town centre and look out for all the gnomes
