  Nice cozy hotel in Warsaw city centre. Near lots of restaurants and the old town in warsawa. Great customer service too. Comes highly recommended if you find yourself in this part of the world

  The best hotel in Warsaw. It is always worth a visit. Excellent location, awesome breakfast and a really nice place to be.

  The hotel went with quality down use to be much more better the Ukrainian people who works there are not professional. Food was very bad use to be better in 2009 when was staying there. Even the limousine service should have been better cars. Old cars used definitely will not recommend this time this hotel. They need to wake up or all the good clients will be gone. Very poor and unprofessional service. The management should work more hard on improving the quality and service.

  Stayed here for a night while visiting Warsaw. The hotel looks really amazing before we entered. When we got off the taxi, the bell boy came to help us immediately and led us to the check-in lounge. The check-in process was really good and staffs were really friendly. Knowing that I am a platinum spg guest, the staff gave me an upgrade to a very nice and spacious junior suite. Everything from the start to the end of my trip here was amazing!

  Described to us by the gentlemen at the airport as the best hotel in Warsaw, we enjoyed the drive into and the location. It is simply exquisite, our concierge prepared everything we asked and assisted us with last minute details. The dining experience was top notch, December is highly recommended to visit. While I love the German markets and Christmastime, I am very impressed with the moments I had in Warsaw. I have roots here, being from Chicago I expected a few culinary delights and I was not disappointed. The hotel Bristol had all of my polish cultural desires right at the doorstep, I don't believe it could be more luxurious.
