  Po prawie 10 latach wspolpracy z Europcar w Warszawa Port Lotniczy , z pelna odpowiedzialnoscia moge powiedziec ze to najbardziej projeslonalny pnkt tej firmy w Europie. Poza profesjonalna zaloga, samochody sa nowe i nie ma ukrytych kosztow "niespodzianek". Polecam !!!

  Absolutely disgraceful.. Brought the car back which I hired @ £78 for three days (26/day) and was late to bring it back by couple of hours and they decided to charge £86 extra for this time (more then three days rental) .. No customer service at all.. Will not recommend to use them .. I should have read their previous feedback 😡

  Used Europcar services in the UK many times and never had any problems. So when it came to renting a car for my holiday in Poland Europcar was my first choice. First of all don't waste your time on choosing a car online as on pick up location you will be given "similar"one anyway - Asked for Volvo V60 in manual and was given VW Passat automatic. Agent sorting out the car did not even bother to explain how to use the car or even show where the car is parked up. Second check what you are signing for when receiving car – due to poor weather conditions I asked for full cover for the car to remove any liability if I cause any damage, and I got that covered. But on top of that without my knowledge agent added Personal Accident Cover and as the rental agreement is full of abbreviations for charges and everything is in Euros its not easy to notice that you being sold something you didn’t ask for. Tried to get a refund but my emails were ignored by Europcar staff. To sum up: I got a different car than I wanted, customer service was very poor and I was conned. I hope you will have better luck with Europcar in Poland.
