::The worst experience ever. Firstly, it is very hard to find a visit in Luxmed. Somehow I booked a visit for dermatologist and I needed cryotherapy. I could not find a visit for my regular dermotologist. I know my problem and i asked for cryotherapy. But doctor was very rude and she said she does not have time for cryotherapy ( It takes max 5 mins ). I can not understand how she did not have time. When I book a visit I have right for 15 minutes. Also I was 10 minutes earlier than visit time. She told me 100 times that she does not have time. She could do cryotherapy instead of talking about her time. She said I need another visit for cryotherapy. I said I came 15 km far away to Luxmed and I can not come again and it is hard to find another visit. She told me that she studied 6 years and she knows better than me ! What is the relation between studying 6 years and doing cryotherapy during ONE visit ? Later I went to reception and they said doctor is right. But how can I book cryotherapy visit online ? There is no option for that. Next available visit for me was after 1 month. Also I know what I need because I visit dermatologist regularly and having my cryotherapy. Really the worst experience ever. Stay away from this dermatologist, if my company hadn't have agreement with Luxmed, I would never choose Luxmed !!!

::I went here for flu vaccination. there is no communication between reception and the doctors. call centre recommended visit here and assured me there are vaccines in this office. doctor told me there are vaccines ready for me, but at the desk there were no vaccines. help desk was looking for it for over an hour, wasting my time and then they told me vaccination is not possible that day. there are something like 4 of their offices in Krakow and even though they made a clear mistake there was no will to complete the procedure for which I paid. doctor was alright but their customer care is terrible. there are other private medical centres in Krakow with much better customer care and reservation procedures, for example Medicover or Medicina. not recommended at all. waste of time and money (it's not cheap at all).

::Z 3 tygodniowym wyprzedzeniem umówiłam się na szczepienie przeciwko grypie. Przyszłam na szepienie i okazało się że zabrakło szczepionek! Poza tym pani w recepcji jest obcesowa i arogancka.

::I am really not sure why there is negative feedback, I travel all over and this clinic is in my opinion very good. It was super clean, great staff and quick service. I was able to book an English speaking doctor who checked all my medical history prior to prescribing an injection for an allergic reaction. Five stars.
