::Fatalna obsługa, wygląda na bardzo obrażoną, że klient może śmieć mieć jakieś pytanie + nie uznają reklamacji jako argument podając 'gdyby Pani w tych butach nie chodziła to by się nie zepsuły'.

::Returns policy a joke!! Just tried returning a pair of (damaged) shoes bought just a few hours before (unworn, but the lady disagreed). Not only is it impossible to do on the spot (up to 2 weeks the process takes) but also you have to be there in person to get your money back (again, 2 weeks!). So basically if you're a tourist or only in Warsaw for a few days, you can forget about any refund or exchange if you buy faulty goods. UPDATE: Needless to say, went to a different CCC outlet and got a refund outright.

::Well, such a good shop with low prices. I bought a pair of shoes and a big bag on Black Friday! I like these things, but at home I saw that there is no strap from the bag!( And when I asked the consultant to help me with the size of the shoes, she was so angry and rude at me! It was awful! I understant that she could had problems that day, but you were at the work!
