::This is a disaster. I spent 20 minutes picking up my order. Clerks approached me twice asking what I wanted and twice instantly returned to serving other customers (which were checking something / comparing and didn't need attention). Don't go there. Never.

::Nice boutique - if you need Mont Blanc, Lamy or some other premium writing instrument, leather accessories then it's good place to check. Selection is pretty good, staff friendly and it's located in Marriott building so easy to get to if you are in downtown area.
