Doskonałe miejsce dla osób ,które lubią "bawić" się biżuterią i sami komponują swoją biżuterię

This shop has the rudest employees I have ever come across in any part of the world. Like the previous commentator I was also a victim of the girl apparently being glued to some sort of security camera. She came after me and screamed that I left a strand of pearls that I didn't want in the wrong place! I was the only customer and there was five employees...

I walked into this shop because I am a beader/jewelry maker and the inventory looked gorgeous the way it was all arranged in shifting colors. I didn't see the sign asking patrons not to take photos. The young woman at the checkout noticed me holding my phone up and pointed out the sign, and I apologized and closed the phone camera. Stupid me, I made the mistake of not putting the phone away immediately. A minute later I was looking at the phone to close the map app I had been using prior to putting the phone away, and the same woman came charging around the corner yelling, "Do NOT take any photos! It is forbidden! Don't you know we can see you in the security camera?" like I was some kind of criminal. I told her, "I understand that there are no photos. I was putting the phone away," and she replied sarcastically, "Riiiiight. Putting the phone away." and shot me a nasty look as if to call me a liar. I was extremely offended. If you are in Krakow you may have noticed that customer service is not a priority in this country, and I understand that that's a cultural thing. This kind of suspicion and hostility goes beyond poor customer service. I'm not a confrontational person so I didn't bring this up while the woman (unsmilingly, silently) checked out my purchases. So I'm glad to have a place to point it out in a review. Not being from the area, I probably won't shop here again in any case, but I would advise others, unless they are looking for cheap dyed nonprecious stones and flimsy metallic findings, as well as a dressing down by hostile staff, to stay away.
